The city of Mannheim is beginning to consider the auditory aspect in its deliberations and design processes. I had the opportunity to work with a young team from the city as well as people specifically involved in this process on the topic of auditory qualities and their interdependencies. We started with a soundwalk and tuned in to the subsequent workshop and discussion process through direct experience.
