DAAD Workshop: Sonic Survey Berlin: The auditory legibility of urban habitats and their atmospheres“. Conducted by Sam Auinger, Dietmar Offenhuber, and Peter Cusack

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) hosted an interdisciplinary symposium, workshop and meeting for recent alumni and scholarship holders from the disciplines of Architecture, Musicology, Design, Psychology, Environmental Sciences, and Anthropology in Berlin this June. 36 alumni from Germany as well as scholarship holders from around the world are being invited to discuss shared experiences and establish new ties with one another.

Following the symposium City Sounds – City Atmospheres, which serves as a discursive introduction, a workshop on-site aims to demonstrate a new reading of the city leading to an experimental extension of one’s research strategies.  (Teaching/Lecture)
