Perform the Building - SoundScene XI Mapping Memory
As part of the interactive art installation Sound Scene at the Hirshhorn Museum, Berlin-based composer and sound artist Sam Auinger conducted the workshop "Perform the Building".
In an acoustic journey of discovery, participants were able to make completely new experiences and learn what it feels like to think with their ears. Together, the architecture in and around the Hirshhorn Museum was examined for its sound conditions and effects.
